Payment and Rates
Superbill
Parents and guardians may be eligible for reimbursement through their insurance provider via Out-of-Network benefits by submitting superbills provided by Toll Speech Solutions. A superbill is a detailed medical receipt from each speech session, whether diagnostic or therapeutic, that can be submitted to insurance companies or FSA/HSA accounts for potential reimbursement. We recommend reviewing your insurance plan to determine if this is a viable option for you.
Payment
Our services are private pay (self-pay/fee-for-service) only, which is required in full at time of service. We accept cash or check.
Toll Speech Solutions only accepts private pay to ensure prompt access to therapy, bypassing the delays often associated with insurance pre-authorization. This approach enables services to be fully personalized, tailored to the client’s specific needs, and delivered on an individualized basis, without the limitations imposed by insurance coverage restrictions. By eliminating the need to navigate complex insurance guidelines, more time and focus can be dedicated to fostering your child’s communication development and success.
